Bishop Vernon R. Kemp is the founder and visionary of Greater Harvest Christian Center Church which was launched in February 2001. Greater Harvest is elated to celebrate 22 years of excellence in ministry, under the leadership of Bishop Kemp. In October 2016, Bishop Kemp’s transformational leadership and obedience to the Lord lead him to establish the Southern Central Ecumenical Fellowship of Churches. Bishop Kemp is the 15th child born to the late Superintendent Dr. Roosevelt and Mother Maude E. Kemp.
